Utah Mountain Furniture began operations in 1993 in Salt Lake City, at the base of the Wasatch mountains.  We soon outgrew our small 5,000 square foot manufacturing facility and today are firmly positioned as one of the most prominent and respected log and barnwood furniture manufacturers in the industry. Since the inception of Utah Mountain Furniture, our emphasis has been on an upper-end quality product which has evolved into many choices available today.  For example, slimmer beds and casegoods with rustic bark and stained finishes, cut-outs, slate tile and wood inserts, hand carved designs and many other choices.

Coming from a background in retailing this type of furniture where we once owned and operated  six retail stores across the intermountain west, we understand the concerns and needs of our clients and have used this knowledge to make us a better, more responsive manufacturer.  Thus, our focus has always been a continual process of quality control, quality upgrades and quality service to our always important clients and customers.

From coast to coast,  Hawaii and Alaska, our furniture will be found in primary and vacation residences,  hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts and a variety of lodges and resorts not to mention innumerable commercial locations .

We were chosen to furnish a major venue at the 2002 Winter Olympics and were also selected by QVC as one of the fifty best products in Utah on their 50 in 50 tour.  Additionally, we have provided furniture for hollywood movie sets and off-broadway productions as well as the U.S. government for use in our national parks across the country.
